Description: | This resort is located on the west coast, set within a rugged coastline consisting of steep cliffs. Considered to be clean, tranquil and very picturesque. However may be unsuitable for some older people as land is often steep and uneven. Inland is lush compared to the south. It’s a popular place with foreign homebuyers which has pushed the property prices beyond some people’s reach. Owners have seen their investment rise steeply over the past 3 years and I reckon it will continue even though the prices are high. Yields are not the most exciting but if you can break even then you have done well.
