Mass tourism since the 1960’s has led to many high-rise hotel and apartment blocks being built to form a new town. More recently there have been more green areas built in an attempt to improve its image. Benidorm has 2 main areas: the old town, with its traditional fishing port, and the new town, where the main resort lies. Benidorm has many visitors all year round. The 2 crescent-shaped main beaches stretched over 4 miles are Levante and Poniente. Benidorm is very lively with a huge abundance of nightlife. It is the busiest resort in Costa Blanca and demand for rental properties is consistent. The season is an all year round season so simply owning a property here to make money is possible. If you’re looking for an apartment then go for one as close as you can to the beach.
