Description: | Located on the south coast, Costa del Silencio is quieter than other resorts in Tenerife and is popular with people and families seeking a peaceful retreat. It is a purpose-built resort, has a small pebble beach and is close by the small fishing community of Las Galletas. Its one of Tenerife’s unsung resorts but it won’t be for long! Prices are cheaper in this area compared to the rest of Tenerife hence the yields are well above average. The seasonal demand for property tails off in the off-peak season but demand still exists. If you require all year round occupation then make sure your property is better than the rest so it appeals more to prospective tenants. Its easily accessible from the UK as there are many direct flights to the local airport which is only 3 miles away.
