Description: | Islantilla is a new tourist area recently developed, with a large golf resort, sandy beaches and promenade. It is situated on the south-western coast of the mainland, close to the border with Portugal and is a small, quiet resort. The busy fishing town of Isla Cristina and the city of Huelva are both close by. There are several white sandy beaches in this area which make the area very desirable. Another draw to this area is the 27 hole golf course. Capital growth is likely but not within 5 years. This is a long term investment punt. It’s still being developed and has a long way to go but the right companies are moving in and if they are you should be too! If you buy here you know you can be in Portugal within an hour. So you can almost have the best of both worlds. Access is easy as most airports fly to Faro, the airport serving this area. The entry level price is just above £100k so its not that cheap. Yields are affected accordingly and are therefore not that strong. The yields look sustainable however as price growth will not occur for a while.
